The Bristol Lettings Directory is designed specifically with the Independent Agent and Landlord/Property Developer in mind. It is intended as a good cost effective solution to high visibility Internet Marketing, which allows you to fully advertise your company and your portfolio. Only Property for Let can be displayed on this site

For our Property Directories, we use popular Message Board software, similar to that used on many well known Free sites and which is very familiar with Students and Young Professionals.

We combine this with the flexibility and freedoms you would expect of an expensive Property Pay Portal, so you can display your company Logo and Bio and contact details in association with every property you list and you will receive enquiries direct, not through a PM system.

To become a member of the site, you will need to register. You can either access via the Directory front page later or follow the direct link on this page and complete the details as requested.

We offer a basic and limited service for up to 10 properties for free. If however you wish to enjoy the sites full features; images, videos, your company bio displayed etc, you will also need to buy a subscription. The rates are currently:

£10 per month

£55 for 6 months

£100 for a full year.

Larger Agencies and National Chains, will need to register each branch individually.

Display your full company details and contacts,
Upload to post your entire portfolio of Property to Let
Post up to 10 images per advert (as attachment thumbnails)
Post 1 YouTube or similar Video Link per advert.
