1) Only Residential Property to Let or other types of rental property as may be introduced in their own special sections may be advertised on this site. Advertisers that post adverts in contravention of the above will have their adverts removed and their accounts terminated without any right to a refund of any remaining subscription.

3) This site is only intended for the advertising of Residential Properties to Let and so the advertiser is to immediately delete adverts for properties once they are Let. Let properties can only be advertised when the date they are available for relet is known and published. This would normally relate to properties in their notice period or Student Properties which become available at Set times of the year.
4) You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this web site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law including any aspects of anti-discrimination law to which Lettings are legally subject.
5) You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website.
6) Although the owners of the website, will take all reasonable measures to ensure that only accurate and legitimate adverts are placed on the site, they cannot be held responsible for misleading or inaccurate information posted by advertisers or for the consequences of responding to adverts that break conditions 1) and 2)
7) When you buy a subscription to advertise, you are entitled to upload an unlimited number of adverts with up to ten graphic image attachments and one video throughout the specified term of the subscription.
8) When a subscription lapses, we will allow the advertiser 24 hours grace to renew, after which all adverts will be deleted.
9) Subscriptions are non refundable under any circumstances excluding excessive downtime of the websites server, which will be deemed to be more than a single continuous 24 hour period in any month.
10) All refunds due to downtime will be calculated on an appropriate daily rate and used to extend your current subscription.
11) The web site, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
12) To advertise you must be least 18 years of age.
13) All personal details entered by our advertisers remain secure on our server. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when registering and subscribing.
